With a proven technical foundation and active clients already relying on our solution, we are now entering a phase of structured commercial expansion.

Your Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Commercial Partner. You will work directly alongside the Founder to transform a validated solution into a market leader. This is a rare opportunity to join as a Co-Founder with a competitive salary package from day one, combining the excitement of entrepreneurship with the stability of a backed venture.

You will take full ownership of the business and commercial strategy. Your goal is not just to sell, but to build long-term partnerships with care organizations.

  • Lead Growth: Identify and onboard new nursing homes and social care organizations.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key decision-makers in the medico-social sector.
  • Client Success: Ensure our existing and future clients derive maximum value from the Comelio suite.
  • Product Input: Act as the voice of the market, translating client needs into strategic features for the technical roadmap.

Your Profile

  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You thrive in environments where you don't need a roadmap or a manager looking over your shoulder.
  • Commercial Expertise: You have experience in business development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or the healthcare sector.
  • Sector Sensitivity: You understand the specific challenges of nursing homes and social care institutions.
  • Languages: Native or professional fluency in French is required. Dutch and/or English are strong assets.
